What we do, and what we do not

Cox Recovery Solutions LLC is an advertising and referral company. We connect people who ask about insurance with a licensed independent insurance agent. We are not an insurance company, agency or agent. We do not sell insurance, quote premiums, give insurance advice, or make coverage or underwriting decisions. Any insurance product, price and eligibility is determined by the licensed agent and the insurance company. We make no promise that you will qualify for coverage or receive any particular price.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. The service is intended for residents of states where our agent partners are licensed, currently Texas.

Your request and being contacted

When you submit a form, you ask us to share your details with one licensed insurance agent so that agent can contact you about your request. By checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted by the licensed agent you are matched with and/or Cox Recovery Solutions LLC at the phone number and email you provided, by phone call (including autodialed calls and prerecorded or artificial voice messages), text message and email. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Text message terms

• Program: Cox Recovery Solutions insurance request messages, text messages about your life insurance request from the licensed agent you are matched with and/or Cox Recovery Solutions LLC, such as confirming your request, scheduling a call, and follow-up about your inquiry.
• Two-way messaging: you can reply to our texts, and replies are received by Cox Recovery Solutions LLC and shared with your matched agent so they can respond.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or (812) 841-6873.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
• Supported carriers and availability may vary.
