Cox Recovery Solutions LLC ("Cox Recovery Solutions," "we," "us") operates crshgroup.com and related pages. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Cox Recovery Solutions LLC is an advertising and referral company. We are not an insurance company, insurance agency or insurance agent. We help people who ask about insurance connect with a licensed insurance agent.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, age or age range, and what you want to protect or insure, when you complete a form on our site.
• Consent records: the date and time, your IP address, the page you were on, and the exact consent wording shown to you when you agreed to be contacted.
• Information collected automatically: device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you interact with our pages, through cookies and similar technologies.
• Advertising information: which ad or link brought you to our site.

How we use information

• To connect you with a licensed insurance agent and respond to your request.
• To contact you about your request by phone call (including autodialed calls and prerecorded or artificial voice messages), text message and email, only as you agreed.
• To keep records that show you gave consent.
• To operate, secure and improve our site and our advertising.
• To comply with the law.

How we share information

• With the licensed insurance agent you are matched with. When you submit a form, we send your details to one licensed independent agent so they can contact you about your request. Their name and agency are shown on the confirmation page.
• With service providers that help us run our business, such as our website, customer-management, email, text-messaging, consent-verification and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, or in a sale or reorganization of our business.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The only recipient of your details is the one licensed agent you asked to hear from and the service providers described above.

Text messages

If you agree, you may receive text messages about your insurance request from the licensed agent you are matched with and/or Cox Recovery Solutions LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Cookies, tracking and session recording

We use cookies and similar tools, including advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) and a consent-verification service (TrustedForm) that records how a form was completed, including page activity, so that your consent can be verified. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of our site may not work.

How long we keep information

We keep information as long as needed to respond to your request, keep consent records, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We keep consent records for at least four years.

Your choices and rights

• Stop texts: reply STOP.
• Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Stop calls: tell the caller you do not want further calls, or contact us. We will add you to our internal do-not-contact list and honor it.
• Access, correct or delete your information: contact us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor requests as the law requires.

Children

Our site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
